The Virginia M. Conner - Class of 1985 Award
The Virginia M. Conner Award is given to a graduating senior who, in the opinion of the faculty in the Psychology Department, has demonstrated outstanding ability and achievement in the biobehavioral sciences. In accord with the wishes of the Connor family, this award is based not only upon academic achievement but also upon service to the community, broadly based. Past recipients have distinguished themselves through service to the Department, the College and the community in a variety of ways, including active service as an officer in Psi Chi and/or Psych Club, the SGA, and community-based charitable and/or social service organizations.
